    JHY electrolytic ionic earthing electrode is made of red copper pipe and the standard length of earthing electrode is 3M. Two pieces of 1.5M long electrodes are connected by the middle connector and required length and shape can be made. Under normal circumstances, the electrode has two types: linear type and L-type. In special cases, for example, the construction area is too narrow to satisfy the high requirements of earthing resistance. At this time, the earthing electrode can be extended infinitely by using the connector until the requirements are met.

    JHY electrolytic ion earthing electrode is able to absorb air and moisture in soil through the top air pore, so that the chemical compound in the earthing electrode will be deliquesced and electrolytic ions are produced and released into the surrounding soil; the surrounding earth is actively regulated to reduce the resistivity of soil to the minimum; as a result, the conductivity of the earthing system will remain at relatively high level. The specially-made backfill material has satisfactory expansibility, absorptivity and ionic permeability, which not only guarantees that the electrode and soil always contact closely with each other to reduce contact resistance but also the surrounding temperature of electrode is effectively maintained and auxiliary conductive function of electrolytic ion is improved; as a result, the most stable effect of the earthing system is guaranteed.     C.working principle
    JINHEYI brand—electrolytic ion earthing pole are added with reversible slow release filling agent . This agent has characteristics such as water absorption, water release  and reversion. When it absorbs water, it can absorbs 100-500 times of its own water. When outer environment is dry and needs water, the water can be released completely so that the water is balanced for surrounding areas. This is reversible reaction which effective humidity inside the casing body is guaranteed and stability of earthing resistance is ensured. By this method of icon water absorption and deliquescence, electrolytic ion is released effectively to surrounding soils so that the earthing pole is acting like a icon production device so as to improve the surrounding soils to achieve the earthing requirements. The outside filling agent of earthing pole is creating chemical treatment for casing soils by the interaction of internal electrolytic icon filling agent to reduce the resistivity for casing soil. At the same time, a transition band is formed between release earthing pole and soils so that contact area is increased between section area of earthing pole with same efficiency and soils and contact resistance between earthing unit and soils is eliminated and the electric field distribution in the soil is improved. The filling agent is good in penetration and can root into nuds and cliff gap so as to form a tree root network and increase the effusion acreage from soils

    F. application and method of use
    JINHEYI brand—electrolytic ion earthing pole is good in corrosion resistance and nice in conducting performance and unique in design process, so they are widely used in important sides for earthing projects such as telecommunication, power ,electricity industry, petrochemical fields, finance, network and electricity, especially where the soil conditions are really bad and construction conditions are limited and high technologies are required construction method. 


    1.hole drilling:
    Drilling  a vertical hole with diameter of 160mm×3150mm/1550mm in a good construction site.
    2.filling agent formulated:
    Use water to blend filling agent like paste(slight thick,but showing like liquid) and pore into the drilled hole and depth is about the bore position. 
    3.embed earthing pole:

    (1)open earthing pole sealing tape;
    (2)embed earthing pole into hole, top of earthing pole is same flat as earth;
    (3)connecting down lead;
    (4)fill the rest of filling agent on the surrounding of earthing pole until it arrives 100mm on top of earthing pole. Measure the earthing resistance and if it reaches earthing requirement, use soil to cover electrode surroundings.

     
    Notes: When one set of earthing pole cannot meet resistance requirement, you can use two sets of parallel connection from several sets. The distance between rods should not be less than 5M; Outgoing lines should be used with 50mm2 copper wire strand. Crimp connection is done for outgoing lines and earthing poles. The connecting points should be treated with corrosion resistance.
